1. The service
Kemoranto is a personal productivity application that lets you create and manage daily tasks on a “rail” timeline, run focus timers, archive finished days, and export timetables. Kemoranto does not sell in-app purchases or subscriptions.
We may improve or change features that do not remove your core ability to manage locally stored tasks without notice of every minor update.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your region (and meet Apple’s age requirements for the App Store).
- Sign-in is local on your device. There is no remote password account. You are responsible for access to your device and iCloud/backups.
- You may log out (End Shift) or delete local account data (Demolish Station) from Control Panel / Desk.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kemoranto on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
4. Your content
- You retain rights to the tasks, notes, voice transcripts, and images you create.
- You grant us a limited right to process Voice, Scan, or Calendar text you submit, solely to return structured tickets.
- You must not submit illegal content, others’ private data without permission, malware, or material that infringes third-party rights.
5. Free features
- Type, Voice, Scan, and Calendar dispatch are included. There is no credit balance and no purchase.
- There is no subscription.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse parse endpoints (spam, scraping, or automated bulk misuse)
- Interfere with the App’s security
- Interfere with other users or the App’s security
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
7. Third-party services
The App uses Apple frameworks (Speech, EventKit, Photos, Camera) and may call a cloud parse gateway for Voice, Scan, and Calendar. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages of third-party networks or Apple services.
8. Intellectual property
Kemoranto name, station UI, mascot artwork, and software are protected by applicable IP laws. Templates bundled in Ticket Clip are provided for your personal use inside the App.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided “AS IS”. Planning and focus features are productivity aids, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted parse availability or that AI-structured titles will always match your intent — please review Tickets Printed before coupling to the rail.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond restoring what remains on your device after ordinary use. Our aggregate liability relating to the App is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and does not include amounts for in-app purchases because the App does not sell them.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access to cloud parse features if you violate these Terms. Local task data remains under your device control until you delete it.
12. Apple-required terms
These Terms are between you and the Kemoranto publisher, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the App purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent you are not in a U.S. embargoed country and not on a U.S. prohibited-party list.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change. Material changes may be highlighted in an App update. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
